Hey info, this mac suffered oxidation on the components Q7830, U6100, U5010, U3890 and Q9706. I replaced the oxidized components, but the fan speeds up and stops.

Voltage:
PPbus_g3h 8.41V;
PP3v42 3.41V;
SMC_BCACOK 3.35V
SMC_RESET_L 3.32V
PCH_SRTCRST_L 3.107V
RTC_RESET_L 3.24V
SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.384V
SMC_PM_G2_EN 3.41V
PP3V3_S5 3.35V
PP3V3_SUS 3.35V
S5_PWRGD 3.39V
PCH_INTRUDER_L 3.055
PCH_INTVRMEN_L 3.23V
PM_BATLOW_L 3.34V

Here is a video of how it works.
Yes, but it does not accept the SMC bypass mode.

Coils:
L7030 8.44V
L7260 3.35V
L7220 0V, oscillating 4.45V.
L7100 0V, pulsing.
L7630 0V, pulsing.
L7330 0V, 0.173V, pulsing.
L7550 0V.
L7510 0V.

Any pulse at R7831?
Check for short there.

Check akk SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Clean/remove J6100.

You must check all the traces between these resistors.
Some of them are in the other side, or faraway under PCH area.
Did you remove J6100?

Try known good BIOS.
Heat PCH with quality flux.
