820-3209-a no power, orange light

hello friend, this mac suffered contact with liquid, beside the smc had oxidized components, replaces, in the tests the cooler does not rotate, PHC and u7600 heats up a lot.

voltage: PPBUS_G3H 8.4V; PP3V42_G3H 3.42V; PM_BATLOW 3.32V; SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.3V;

I hope these voltages help to understand the problem :)

Post voltage on all big coils, if you get any.
Start with L7220 (5V_S3)..
First be sure to have 3V3_S5/SUS.

There is your problem.
First post diode mode to ground.
If short, lift L7630 one side and see where it remains.
If good, post voltage U7600, pins 3, 13, 14.
Be sure R/C7630 are good.
