Yes, correct values on R644/45. I've replaced them now with new ones.
L7630 is 1.05V.

Did you really have USB actibity before?
If yes, then check what you've touched, maybe ripped off something...

I plugged the other mouse last time and got mouse activity. This time I plugged a different gaming mouse, no activity.

Now I plugged back the old mouse, there IS mouse activity.

Maybe is no activity, sometime USB mouse is not relevant.
Use an OSX pendrive with link LED; if that starts to flash, you have USB activity for sure.

I don't have USB with link LED at the moment. But it's on the way.

In the meantime, I've soldered BIOS chip using the adapter, but in the programmer, all it says is an unknown device.

BIOS pin 1 was where tweezers show.

Did you put kapton tape in the middle?
You must tap part of pads, or central pad of WSON8 chip will short the pads...

Back to this one. I've tried now USB drive with LED on it. Drive flashes when being used/working.

When I use it on this board, it just stays ON. Never flashes, so I guess no USB activity?

Yeah, board doesn't really boot.
Did you finally try new BIOS?

Yes, just tried new BIOS from Ghostlyhaks. No change. Orange light, fans ramp up slowly. No USB activity.

I'm pretty much stuck here. I've got another 820-3209 working. Maybe just go crazy and go through the whole board with measures? Or is there something that should turn on to tell it to give some sign of life?
