820-3209 not recognize ssd

Suddenly not recognize ssd, very small water damage, pp1v05_s0 is short, but i dont find from were..i was look at all that line but dont see any suspicious things.

Is not short, if machine works.
PCH power line has very low resistance to ground as normal, on this board.

Check first L4500 and R4520.
Post SSD_RESET_L and SSD_CLKREQ_L; with SSD connected, of course.

Check trace and connection for pin 19/J4501.
Also try another SSD.
Clock request line must be pulled down inside SSD.

at disk utility the ssd is recognized

Then could be an APFS issue.
Take an empty SSD and do fresh install of HS, or Mojave.
