Machine wont turn on.
No Magsafe Light. Fan Goes high then stops.
PPBUS at 8.15.

Disconnect the Trackpad Cable. Magsafe Light is there. PPBUS is 8.31
Machine Boots up. The loading bar goes 90% and is stuck there. ( Was like that about 2-3 Minutes).

I dont know if battery is fine or not but with battery connected - if i remove the charger it goes off.

No Corossion on the board. It was very dusty though.

Tested another TP board/flex and battery?
You should also try to boot from USB macOS.

Check if boots in safe mode.
Also test with known good BIOS.

Tried with another TP Flex. Same Issue.
Not booting in safe mode

Cleaned the board. it is switchin on now without trackpad connected
Will have to find a TP Board. Very Old Model

KB issue. Disconnecting the KB and machine works fine.

Possibly dirty power on button...
