If you mean Q7950, impossible.
Check schematic, pins 1, 2, 7, 8 are tied togheter!

Post all voltages for Q/U7950.
Yo cannot have 12V on Q7950 output on S5, or sleep mode.
Uneless Q7950 is bad, or U7950 is enabled when souldn't be...

U7950 pin 1 flucates between 0, 11, and 12V pin 2 0V pin 3 0V PIN 4 0.45 pin 8 0V pin 7 11V pin 6 0.135V pin 5 12.20V

Where can a replacement Q7950 be ordered? Doesn't seem to be one on any of my donar boards checking schematics and cant find anywhere to buy just Q7950 itself on google

You can do the bypass directly on the SSD, is not related with the iMac MLB.
