820-3302 no power

Only the first led lights when you turn on the SMC_ONOFF.
There was a short in C9480. I replaced the Q7950, but without result.

Voltage:
- PP12V_S5 12.07V
- PP5V_S5 4.97V
- PP3V3_S5 3.30V
- PP12V_S0 0V

Do you note any pulse on other LEDs when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L?
Also check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).

It starts at 0V and when it triggers the SMC_ONOFF is high at 3,3V.
