Hi Team,

This machine came because the owner has broken his headphone jack inside the J6700

I've removed the connector and succeed to took out the debris, but to desolder J6700, I had to remove all the ZD, Capacitors, resistances in the area to apply a big amount of solder.
When I resoldered it back, in the OS the machine was detected the headphones plugged in.
I've fond ZD6703 shorted, I removed the short but still no sound on the internal speakers. But headset not detected anymore on the OS at the top right.
But in the preferences it was still not offer to select the internal spearker (audio card), only heaset (AGAIN strarge)

At R6806, Pin 2: 0V when Pin 1 is high
Removed R6806, sound OK on internal Speakers

Any thing you think I can check before I remove J6700 and replace it completely?

Regards

There are lot of small coils and ESD protection diodes.
You must check them one by one.
Broken trace is other option.
Follow AUD_J1_SLEEVEDET and AUD_J1_TIPDET signals.
Check for reactions when you plug/unplug headphones.
