IM INJECTING VOLTAGE ON PP3V3_S0 AND WITH MY THERMAL CAMERA I CAN SEE THAT PCH IS GETTING WARM... IS THAT NORMAL BEHAVIOR WHEN INJECTING VOLTAGE? OR DOES IT MEANS THAT PCH IS DEAD?

Inject voltage why?
If there is low resistance, then bad PCH...

PP3v3_s0 resistance is 3 kohm. How can I find what is making the line pulse...

What's the reason to inject voltage into 3K power rail?
You cannot get any information from that; voltage injection is used when detect short, or very low resistance to ground.

Any history available, what is the symptom?
