820-3332-A Black Screen/Kernel Panic

Hello.

This macbook came in like 1 year ago because of distorted image on the screen, in that time I resolder U8900 and reballed the GPU.

The computer worked fine for that period of time and now it is randomly crashing: black screen followed by a restart. It says "panic (CPU...")

Ive red about the CPU fets issue on this board, but never experienced the issue. Do you think this can be the issue?

No idea where did you read such thing; this board doesn't use FDMF6808N chips.

Test disabling GPU...
