820-3332-a wont boot to os

original board had no lcd enable, replaced with new board, and it wont boot to the os. it shows the folder icon, 'so the lcd was good like i originally thought" the problem is even with a working os it wont boot to it, it will boot to a usb os, but takes 10-15 min to get in, even to boot to the os install media takes 5-10 min. ran apple diag and it passed on extended. i have no idea what could cause this kind of issue, ssd does get read in the disk management, and i formatted it and reinstalled. but no change.

These boards are known for U8900 issue, but seems that is not your case.
Looks more like ME issue; reflash BIOS with clean ME.

BTW, reflow/resolder U8900, just in case.

Oops, I supposed you don't have programmer.
If you plan to stay in business with Apple stuff, get Medusa 2.
Google can bring you a lot of info about BIOS programming...

ok i see how that tool works, but at the moment i wont be able to get that tool, do you know if anyone does it for a fee and if so how much?

You can buy a cheap BIOS programmer, if you do not repair laptops diary.
Even CH341 should do the job...

Good choice.
Because I forgot to mention, Medusa 2 requires a normal programmer to interface it with your service pc...
