i change U9701 - same voltage

Looks like Backlight is enabled, but not boosting.
Check first if D9701 is not shorted A-K.
Also check R9708/9, Q9701 and their traces.

Do PRAM reset 2-3 times.
What's the voltage at U9701 pin 2?
Did you test with known good LCD?
Any history available?

d9701 is ok i change it too before
r97008/9 i check and change too no changes
U9701 pin 2 - 2,5v
lcd is ok 100% i got another 3332 and it work whit good mainboard
no water damage, looks ok
when i make pram reset he get to roll whit it , pram reset after reset whitout pushing buttons
when i switch it of and start again it work , i get even keyboard backlight working

macbook is working but still no backlight

Check R9717-22 and all traces around U9701.
Resolder U9701 pins and surrounding components.
Just in case, change Q9701.
