Clean board, no history.

I have green light, and board pulls 0.10A from original 85W power adapter.
No shorts on big coils.

PPBUS_G3H = 12.6V
PP5V_S5 = 5V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3V
PP5V_SUS = 5V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3V
3V3_SUS = 3.3V

When I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L I get the drop but I am missing PM_SLP_S4_L it is 0V.

No pulse at all at PM_SLP_S4_L?

Check basic signals for PCH: PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and the 4 RTC signals.

PM_SLP_S4_L no pulse at all when I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L

PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3V
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4V
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.2V
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 3.3V

RTC_RESET_L = 3.3V
PCH_SRTCRST_L 0.2V R1802 is OK and diode reading on it is also OK.
PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3V
PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.2V

Already heated PCH to 180-200 degrees for 15-20s but no luck.
