1. 18mV is less than nothing, same as 0V.
2. Rising to 20mV, 4V, 12.2V???

Sorry I'm green to this.. it rises about .1 mv per second but I was mostly just saying still nothing there.

After resoldered U7000 last time, post again the voltage on its pins above mentioned.
Replace C7025, just in case...

Replaced u7000 again and c7025.

Making progress green to orange on charger. stays orange (no battery connected). No fan spin

PPBUS_G3H is .3V

U7000 current readings:
1-15.5v
2-15.42v
3-3.92v
9-.5mv
12-3.39v
13-3.38v
14-3.38V
15-.3.32V
17-.4V
19-5.5V
20-5.5V
27-.3V

Didn't have 0V at pin 1 with other ISL6259, what happened now?
Resolder, or change again...

Post exact ohm value between pins 17/18 and 27/28 after each change.

Man, I dropped my hot air right on the board and did something that created a short. Ran current through it wo L6995and SMC was hot and blistered... Not sure I'm equipped to change that.
