820-3332 no kbrd/ tpad

820-3332. No visible issues.
Internal keybord and trackpad not responsive and not recognized in system info - tested with 2 known good. External works.
SMC reset/ power button works (know this is different).

Yes. Swapped in two complete cases to be sure.
Noticed r5704 has 3.3v on pin 2 but only 2.8v on pin 1. On a known good board I’m getting 3.3v on both sides.
If all the caps after r5704 and before u5701 are good then does that point to u5701 or is something else known to pull PSOC down?

That is a good reason for bad U5701; change it now.
Apart of C5701/06, the other caps are less probably to fail.
Be sure R5704 has correct value.

Please, do NOT quote an entire post from few cm above...
