no image after while of using it, it loads the os normally.
I think it is the GPU, sometimes no PPVCORE_GPU, I reflowed U8900 but the same.

do I have to replace the GPU chip now?

Change U8900 first.
Also switch to iGPU (use gfxcardstatus) and see if works correctly then.

ZERO reason to reflow U8900 ONLY RESOLDER with leaded....try changing U8900 first
