820-3332 shorted U8900

got this 820-3332 and U8900 was burned, seen at the top, replaced it but still no image or backlight,

anything else i should look at or dead ? board turns on, just no image or backlight

If U8900 was shorted, it killed the GPU more than likely.

Likely dead GPU.
Did you check if gets power at least?
Check R8900/01.
