820-3435-b slow, turn on but no 3 fan cycle

this came in with bios being messed up.. I tried a few different bios I get at internet, but not sure if I got the right one, anyone have clean me bios of this ?
after I get the bios, I will make sure to have 3 fan cycle, because I don't have it
