820-3435 ppbus 1.6v

At first i got orange light ppbus is 1.6v but doesn't short to ground, i tried to change isl, q7130 and q7155 at same time, but now i don have pp3v42, or even ppbus and ppdcin, does.this mean there's leakage? Q7180 problem?

Be sure all changed components are correctly soldered.
Check again diode mode at L7095 and F7140.

Post exact ohm value for R7012, R7180/81 and R7185/86, measured onboard.
