Check PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, SMC_PM_G2_EN (charger alone).

Test if turns on in SMC bypass mode, with charger alone; also charger and battery.

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (in normal mode).
