PPVRTC_G3H - 3.3V
PP5V_S5 - 5V
PP3V3_S5 - 3.3V
PP3V3_S3 - 3.3V
PP3V3_SUS - 3.3V


PP5V_S4RS3 - pulsing, vcore pulsing as well, no short to ground. I checked all the SPI traces and resistors, re-programmed bios with clean ME.

Any idea what to do next?

No water damage just stopped working.

Did you try SMC bypass?
Check for pulse at pins 7 & 3 of U1950.

Yes, when I do a bypass, the fan spins for 2 seconds, stops for 2 seconds, starts for 2 seconds, keeps repeating.

pins 7 & 3 pulses as well.

Disconnect LIO flex and try the board alone; nor even airport card, or trackpad flex.
USB ports look good?

I tried, still the same pulsing, USB ports look fine, any other ideas?

Check for pulse on all voltages from page 58; one maybe shorted.
