hi
I detected some corrosion and liquid, I cleaned it.

PPBUS_G3H = 8.18voltage
PP3V42_G3H = 3.4 Voltage
SMC_RESET_L = 3.3Voltage

SDA = 0.521
SCL = 0.531
pp5v_s5 = no volt

PM_BATLOW_L: no volt
PS_DSW_PWRGD: no volt
PCH_DSWVRMEN: 3,3V
PPVRTC_G3H: 3.4V
RTC_RESET_L: 3.4V
PCH_INTERVRMEN: 3,3V
PP3V3_S4SW_SNS. : no volt
SMC_PM_G2_EN : no volt

I don't have an oscilloscope right now, I'll be able to measure it later. Is it possible to continue without seeing this signal?

Y5110 PİN3 : 0.304 VOLT / PIN1: 0

The current drawn by the motherboard is 0.02. In this case, the motherboard does not turn on. I couldn't understand why you asked me if you were getting 12MHz.

Because SMC doesn't work without clock signal.
And that seems to be the case here.
Check Y5110 traces and adjacent resistors.

On the good board, DC voltage is 1-1.2V approx...

sorry i checked the wrong place

pin 1: 1.1 volt
pin 3 : 1.2 volt and I checked with oscilloscope now it is 12mhz

PP5V_S5 : 0
SMC_PM_G2_EN : 0
SMC_SENSOR_PWR_EN : 0

There is a voltage of PPBUS_G3H = 8.18, shouldn't it be 8.58 here? Let's light that green now please :)

I warmed up the SMC a little and the green light came on and it started to pull to 0.70. now i will do reballing and i will write the result.
thanks :)

Since I couldn't find the stencil, I put a new one. the green light is on, it does not turn orange and the device turns off after it reaches 0.75 amps. I replaced it with another one in case the SMC might be faulty, the result is the same. When I warmed up his own SMC, yesterday the green light was on, then the orange light was on, it was night here, I never continued. I tried 2 new SMCs today and the same thing happened on 2 of them. I noticed the CPU getting a little overheated during boot up

I was very surprised, does this apply to all models? No way to run the new SMC? Then why is it being sold? :)
Isn't there a way to send a program to smc?

Sometime SMC can be reprogrammed.
You can read more about rEFIt.
But is not the case here.
