PP3v3_SUS being 0 is no good. Check for a short there. Is PPVRTC_G3H present? Where was the corrosion/liquid?

Post some signals from the beginning of the Power On Sequence; SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, S5_PWRGD, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN.
Check all 4 RTC signals for PCH.
Also check if receives 32KHz oscillation.
Are you using original 60/85W charger?
