Liquid Damaged board, around SMC, R5100 destroyed.

-Reballed SMC, replaced R5100, added fresh solder to all resistor in the area,
-Green light, then orange light.
-SMC_RESET_L: 3V
-All big coils have voltage
-ALL_SYS_PWRGD: 3.34V
-PLT_RESET_L: 0V (not shorted to ground)

Any help?

Check PM_PCH_PWROK, PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK, CPU_VR_READY and CPU_VCCST_PWRGD.

Issue found thanks to your last comment
PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK: 0V

Trace from PP3V42_G3H to PIN 8 of U1950 was broken.

Trace restored and board is working.
