820-3437-B Not Charging, Battery detected, works from charger

820-3437-B clean board, no liquid trace visible.
Boots from charger or charged battery but does "not charging" (charging icon in MacOS says), takes 7-12A from charger with battery connected (or not - same). Magsafe - red led. Tested with 3 different batteries which are working on other board.

PPBUS_G3H - 8,6V
Q7155 pin4 CHGR_BGATE - 8,58V
U7100 Resistance between pins 17/18 - 3,9ohm, 27/28 - 22,5ohm
Replaced U7100 and Q7155, but same.
With Battery and charger connected:
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA - 3,4V pulsing to 3,1V
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL - 3,4V pulsing to 3,1V
Where I should go next?

Are you sure about that?
That is very high current.
Are you using original Magsafe 2 charger?
Do you get amber light on Magsafe?

Sorry It's 7-12 Watt , yes original magsafe2 cable connected to power supply. Yes amber light present.
