Customer told he brought to another store to replace trackpad and not its not turning on anymore

The board doesnt look like any component was replaced. To be honest it looked untouched

But I saw some small balls around the U6100

PPBUS = 8.58v
PP3V42_G3H = 3.39v
PP5V_S5 = 5V
PP5V_S4RS3 = 0v
PP5V_S0 = 0V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.28V
PP3V3_S4 = 0V
PP3V3_S3 = 0V
PP3V3_S0 = 0v

Do you get 3V3_SUS?
Also check PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST_L and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.
If all good, trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).

3V3_SUS = 0.038v
PM_BATLOW_L = 0.125v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 0.061
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 0.020v
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.22
PM_RSMRST_L = 0v
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.40v
PPVRTC_G3H = 0.073V

Anything else?

Diode mode = 0.000v
Looks like its in short

No corrosion around U1900

I lifted it for a while and resolder back and still the same value on diode mode

Lifted u1900 and didn't check diode mode without it???
First suspect is C1910; should also check C0890-92.
As you have pure short, injection voltage is the fastest method; if no corrosion detected on mentioned components.

"As you have pure short, injection voltage is the fastest method"
Should have a bad PCH.

Eventually accumulated crap underneath shouldn't cause a pure short.
However, nothing to lose if heat PCH with quality flux.

You can find lot of videos on Youtube.
Not an easy job and not worth for such old board.
I'm sure you can find second-hand machine on auction sites; broken screen and good board.
