i have 820-3437-B the fan start every 1 sec and stop then i try to clean it with brush and alkohol and iam sure no component missed
efter cleaning there is no green and orange light, i check this voltage and resistance...
pp3v3-s5-reg 0.36 volt
pp5_s4rs3 014 volt
pp3v42_g3h 3.4 volt
pp5v_s5 0.5 volt
ppbus_s5_hs 8.3 volt ---Vin U7501
En1 U7501 3.1 volt
Resistance to ground from L7130 (118 ohm) - L7520( 419 ohm) - L7560( 345 ohm)- L7430 (243 Ohm)

Check for knocked off components, or bad solders at J9500.
MLB should start without LIO flex connected; no Magsafe light in this case.
Just check voltage on big coils, or use USN tester connected to onboard port.

There is also a problem with PPBUS_G3H.
Check first SMC_RESET_L level.

SMC_ADAPTER_EN not present
the fan spen cont. every 2 sec
no green light
