SMC_BC_ACOK is present.

R7185 & R7186 are normal resistance.

R7185 PIN 2: 6.12 V
R7121, R7122: 10 Ohm

UPDATE:

BAD TRACE BETWEEN 5110 and C5111
Rebuilt the trace and now have green light, still no fan spin

PPBUS_G3H now 8.60 V

Check SMC_ADAPTER_EN, SMC_PM_G2_EN, PM_BATLOW_L.
