820-3437 missing ALL_SYS_PWRGD

Ok so I was on a hot streak because I fixed two other boards tonight and wanted to try for a third. This one was taking .026A so I traced it back to the SMC due to corrosion found in the area. I re-flowed the SMC and am now drawing .108A which means I assume I am missing ALL_SYS_PWRGD. its almost 4am but I do not want to go to sleep until I get this solved one way or the other. Would like some constructive suggestions.

Which S3 and S0 volatges do you get?
Any pulse at the coils and ALL_SYS_PWRGD at least?
Did you try SMC bypass?

"due to corrosion found in the area. I re-flowed the SMC"
Always REBALL SMC when you note corrosion close to it...

Ok, so I reballed the SMC and still the same. I found some broken traces BY U7200. Repaired them and now have a working board!
