Liquid damaged. Customer previously took it to another shop so the board is pretty clean. Looks like bios may have been fucked with. Fan spins only with I/O board disconnected. PVCC_SO_CPU is 1.695V. USB mouse works from other USB port. Thanks have a good one.

Does it do the 3 times on/off? Can you do a PRAM reset from external keyboard? Caps lock working if you hold down ALT to go into boot menu?

No... Only does on/off 2 times then fan goes high. Cannot PRAM nor Caps Lock using external KB. Thanks man.

Probably BIOS issue or the termination resistors/traces.

OK. Bought BIOS chip from ebay to test. Also bought a programmer from Ali. When I confirm it is BIOS issue and programmer comes in can you help with new BIOS flash? Thanks.

I doubt the chip itself will be bad. Traces/resistors are the first suspect.

Hey Duke. I have checked traces and replaced BIOS. Still nothing. I have 3v3 V on 1,2,3,7 and 8 of U6100. Thanks man.

As this is a pre-fucked board it can be anything. Check for knocked off components, crap under SMC, corroded traces/resistors. There is no magic to pre-fucked garbage.
