820-3437 no power

This mac went through another assistance, where u7501 was missing and the tracks 17,18,19,20,21,22,23 and 24 of this component were missing, I remade the tracks and put the component u7501, I checked the connectivity.

Voltage:
PPbus_g3h 8.60V; pp3v42_g3h 3.32V; pp5v_s0 0v; ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0.3 , no pulse; PM_SLP_S4_L 0v, no pulse; SMC_RESET_L 3.37v; PPVRTC_G3H 3.41V;

Coils:
L7130 8.60/8.73V
L7520 0v, no pulse
L7560 0v, no pulse
L7430 0V, pulseless
L7630 0V, no pulse
L7310 0V
L7320 0V

Post diode mode at L7520/60.
If charger has been connected without U7501, one of Q7520/60 could be fried now...

L7520 0. 448V
L7560 0.375V.
Replaces q7520/60 and made another jumper on the PP5V_S5 mesh that had no connection.solved on the L7560 3.33V coil, the L7520 coil is missing

These are the output voltages of u7501, are they correct ?
P3V3_S5_DRVH 3.33V; PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS 8.61V; P5VP3V3_VREG3 3.31V; P3V3S5_EN_R 3.31V; P5VP3V3_SKIPSEL 2V; P3V3_S5_CSP2 3.33V; S5_PWRGD 3.38V; 3.33V.

PP3V3_SUS 0v; PP3V3_S5 3.33v; PCH_DSWVRMEN 3.05V; PM_DSW_PWRGD 0V;

COILS: L7560 3.33V; L7430 0V and L7630 0V, without pulse ; L7310/20 0V;

U7600 all pins are with 0V.

"PM_DSW_PWRGD 0V"
Check SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN.
If OK, there can be a problem with SMC.
Try to reflow it, and reball if no result.

"Verifique SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN "
I see that tomorrow.
I performed the SMC reball, without success.

SMC_S5_PWRGD_VIN 3.35V.
L7630 0v, pulso 130mA;
L7430 0v, pulso 110mA;
All_SYS 0v;PP3V3_S4 0v; PM_SLP_S4_L 0.13V; PM_SLP_SUS_L 3.34V; PM_SLP_S0_L 0.14V
I already did the SMC reball.

No idea how can you catch mA puls on a coil :eek:.

If S5_PWRGD is OK and PM_DSW_PWRGD is low, then bad SMC; PCH can also pull down the signal, because of some internal problem.

started to cool the cooler, but after I reballed the u6100, u1900, Q8150 and u1950 the cooler stopped spinning and the voltages in the coils were missing.

q7630 is heating up, replacing but without results.
Can you tell me the input and output voltages of u74/7600 ?
