820-3437 Serial number unavailable

Got an 820-3437 Air on the desk which was turning on intermittently. U1930, C1930 and R1931 were corroded. Replaced and unit is booting but does not see serial number. SPI traces all good.
I ordered and replaced the EFI chip which was meant to be pre programmed but still have the same issue. I have since bought a CH341A programmer and I have uploaded the original EFI dump to Google drive here Is anyone able to help make it a working EFI so the customer can have serial number again or advise if it could be something else?

Thanks very much! is it possible the new EFI just wasn't programmed at all or the FSYS could've been corrupted after updating the new EFI for Catalina etc.?

Some people complained about BIOS corruption after Catalina install...
But I cannot asure the "quality" of BIOS you bought.
Usually online sellers just grab BIOS read from other board; not clean ME, nor serial number really fixed.
