820-3437 turn on no video

i have this macbook air, that turns on but wont give a image; the fan spin, turn off, and star spinning like its supposed to, but after that it just keeps spinning, and the cpu heating up, no image, chime or whatever...where do i start with this?

Check USB activity first.
Any history available?
Did you try BIOS?

Mouse blinks once and stay off...no history, board looks spotless no water damage of anything. do you have a good know BIOS for me to try?
