The BIOS file didn't work out clean.
This other one worked.

The mac doesn't start. It worked, I deleted the SSD and was reinstalling MacOS Catalina, but in the middle of the installation it shut down, and now only the cooler does not start, without sound of the logo.
Previously repaired in the region u1900, where had jumper R1905 and changed backlight.

Do you get all voltages, including VCORE?
If yes, reflash BIOS again; with working dump, of course.

When the battery fully discharges, it doesn't turn on when you plug in magsafe or squeeze the power, but when you try a PRAM reset the mac turns on, can you tell me what could cause that ?

Did you check what happens with board and charger plus empty battery?
I mean nothing else connected, nor trackpad, or LIO flex.
