Post diode mode to ground at C7090/98; red probe connected to ground.

C7098 = 0.303
C7098 = 0.303

Really bad...
Remove C7090-92 one by one and check again.
If still low, replace U7090; most likely.

Thanks, Master it worked.
I removed C7090 and without the cap it shows now = 0.430
replaced with another cap on C7090, and not it shows = 0.399 and now I have a green light on the charger with my DC Supply but not normal charger.
PPBUS_G3H is now 8.1v only
I will post some voltages now for you

SMC_ADAPTER_ENABLE = 0
PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDD = 1.2
SMC_RST_L = 0 (No corrosion around J6100)
PPBUS_G3H = 8.1V

Im going to change the SMC and we see what we get... 8.1v seems like an SMC issue... I'm also missing SMC_RST_L

So I changed the SMC and now have Greenlight/ orange light on the charger(8.5v on PPBUS_G3H). As I suspected 8.1v it's an SMC failure.
I Will post new Voltages in a bit. Checking the board now.

You should reballed it first.
Keep it in safe place and try it in a future repair.

Thanks Master... Good Point.. I should have reballed it first and then used it again.. I did though do a reflow, and nothing happened that's why I changed it..
Working on the board now and will post some Voltages shortly within the next few hours.

feeling that PCH is broken and not outputting PM_SLP_S4

PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.3v ON Pin 1 and output Pin 2 to PCh = 2.4v
Post SMC_ONOFF_L and PM_RSMRST_L.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time.
If present, all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals should pulse too; check that.

I triggered SMC_ON_OFF_L 3.3v - 0v - 3.3v.. Still nothing... What's next you suggest?
On the Y1905 clock chip I get 50 mhz.. is that correct value? Shouldn't it be 25Mhz.

So PM_PWRBTN_L doesn't drop at same time with SMC_ONOFF_L?

Yes, it drops to 335.0mv
Then check if any PM_SLP_Sx_L signal pulses at same time.
