Resistor R7005 keeps blowing up.. History: Water damage

Checked all the caps and resistor around U7090.. all ok..

Thanks, Master it worked.
I removed C7090 and without the cap it shows now = 0.430
replaced with another cap on C7090, and not it shows = 0.399 and now I have a green light on the charger with my DC Supply but not normal charger.

PPBUS_G3H is now 8.1v only

I will post some voltages now for you

No Green light on the charger

PPBUS_G3H = 8.1V
SMBUS_SMC_DATA = 3.3
SMBUS_SMC_CLK = 3.3
SMC_ADAPTER_ENABLE = 0
PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDD = 1.2
SMC_RST_L = 0 (No corrosion around J6100)

So I changed the SMC and now have Greenlight/ orange light on the charger(8.5v on PPBUS_G3H). As I suspected 8.1v it's an SMC failure.
I Will post new Voltages in a bit. Checking the board now.

Thanks Master... Good Point.. I should have reballed it first and then used it again.. I did though do a reflow, and nothing happened that's why I changed it..

Working on the board now and will post some Voltages shortly within the next few hours.

Master @2informaticos

Please see following
  1. SMC_RST_L = 3.3
  2. PP3V3_S5 = 3.3
  3. PM_PWRBTN_L = 3.3
  4. SMC_ON_OFF_L = 3.4
  5. PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC = 3.3
  6. PPV_RTC_RST = 3.3
  7. PP5V_S5 = 5v
  8. PM_PWRBTN = 3.3
  9. PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3
  10. PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.3
  11. PCH_SRTC_RST = 3.3
  12. PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.3
  13. PP3V3_SUS = 3.3
  14. PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3
  15. PM_RSMT_RST = 3.3

Missing:
  1. PM_SLP_S5
  2. PP5VS4RS3_EN for U7501

I changed the SMC again just for the sake of it, to the old one, reballed it as you said. Didn't work at all, no green light. So I have now changed back to another SMC and have green light again with these voltages above

feeling that PCH is broken and not outputting PM_SLP_S4

Post SMC_ONOFF_L and PM_RSMRST_L.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time.
If present, all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals should pulse too; check that.

SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.3
PM_RSMRST_L = 3.3

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time. Its not possible, the board is on two sides.. How?

Thanks @2informaticos I learned something new there with R5115/16

I triggered SMC_ON_OFF_L 3.3v - 0v - 3.3v.. Still nothing... What's next you suggest?

On the Y1905 clock chip I get 50 mhz.. is that correct value? Shouldn't it be 25Mhz.
