820-3462 battery keeps killing ISL6259

macbook came in dead, after checking ppbus_g3h was only 1.5V. Replaced ISL chip and laptop successfully boot up(without battery)
so installed into chassis screwed in the battery and tested boot up fine with charging cable. 2nd restart macbook does not boot up anymore, measured ppbus_g3h back to 1.5v, ISL dead again, so i was thinking maybe bad ISL and replaced again but same shit happens. Conclusion is ISL gets killed with battery is plugged in.

I measure all current sensing resisters and all was fine. tried replacing the battery(tried different vendors) also same. gone through about 6 isl chips now and still no idea why this is happening.

SMC is much more sensitive and should crash first; in case of overvoltage through I2C battery bus.
So there must be other reason.

Check all resistors in U7000 area.
Be sure R7090 is NOT soldered.
Just in case, replace C7025.
What is the exact PPBUS_G3H voltage without battery?
