820-3462 Memory Module error

I have a 3462 board I was able to bring back from the dead. Significant liquid damage. I'm able to get it to boot from external. Seems to run well. Battery still needs to be replaced so wasn't able to completely see how it might perform.

It will not allow an OS to complete installation on internal.

I believe this is due to a memory module error from AHT is 4mem/60/40000000: 0x7b224f90.

Any chance anyone knows what RAM chip that references?

I was able to get away with just a lots of flux heat and reflow. Memory error is gone and operating system loaded correctly.
