820-3462 no chime no display

hi. i have second problem i dont really understand how to find out whats pulling down voltage on PPVCORE_S0_CPU when i have 3.3v on enable pin 47 u7400 and pin 46 vcc is 5.01v
TONB pin 1 181 k ohm, TONA pin 48 181.3 k ohm



so my voltage on iPPVCORE_S0_CPU is 0.79v

how do i find whats the problem how to find it. Is not water damaged at all

What is the history? Liquid, drop, or out of nowhere? Do you get a light on a USB mouse?

no water on it at all and mouse lights is off

This could literally be anything and isn't going to be easy if even possible to solve Bad PCH, cracked ball under PCH, cracked trace/via somewhere, bad CPU, bad solder ball under CPU. Even if the RAM were bad/had cracked solder ball you should get a light on the mouse. I would look under a microscope to see if anything had fallen off of it or received physical damage but in terms of what to measure/look for I have nothing.
