820-3462 no wifi bluetooth SD card

Arrived with no wifi, bluetooth or SD card, otherwise works perfect. Board and IO board are spotless with no liquid damage. Replaced IO board with a known good board for testing but no change.

What to check first?

All these perypheral are located on RIO board.
Inspect J4410 for corrosion, as RIO flex connectors too.
Try known good RIO flex/board.

Check R2686/88.
