First of all, welcome to the forum!

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage (without battery).
Did you try known good DCIN board?
Also post U6900 voltages, when no green light present.

Check SMC voltages at page 39; U4900 (2 OF 2).
Do you get correct 12MHz at Y5010?
