Do you get amber light on Magsafe charger?

yes its glowing , Green while connecting ,,, then turning into orange
Voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines?

Its 0.509V & 0.507V - diode mode , And voltage is 3.4V
Check if R7050 and its trace to battery is good.

Yes, I measured 10k between ground and battery terminal…
So you get 0V at SYS_DETECT_L; also SCL/SDA look good.
If problem persists with known good battery (test it), then change SMC.
