Hello friend, I have this mac that was repaired by a third party, but was not successful.
VOLTAGE: PPbus_g3h 12.58v; PP3v42_g3h 3.42V; PM_BATLOW_L 3.34V; PP5V_S0 5.15v; PM_SLP_S4_L 3.35V; SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.38V; PPVCC_S0_CPU 0.06V; ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0.10V.
The image of the board is attached. I hope these voltages make it easier to understand my problem

ALL_SYS_PWRGD is required prior VCORE generation.
Look at page 61 and check every secondary power supply which gas a PGOOD signal coming there...
