at last swap a couple of bios chip and luckily found the right one and update EI capitan security then now it looks normal. Thanks 2informaticos. Make it done.

i got it from another scrape mb , your one unfortunately didnt work , I did google and found if you swap bios and update security with El Capitan then it should work and it works for me. Thanks.

I just checked and archive is OK
You may have to upgrade your WinRAR, or download the file again...
