820-3476 A1502 Fan spins for 10 sec then stop and spins again for ever no chime

HI

This board no known damaged. Fan spins for the second time and continue. I check bios termination resisters and all good. clear me region no good. check with another bios same symptoms .

Any idea?

Check all voltages from pages 59/60.
Also check on big coils...
