820-3476 charging but very slow

I decided to start a new thread since this is a separate issue on its own.

I watched most LR videos on battery charging issues and found that most cover not recognizing the battery or not charging, but this board does both of those fine but if just chargers it very very slow.

Coconut battery reports 3.4w of power for the charging of the battery when I know it should use around 40w~ at least in the other ones I have seen charge normally.

PPBUS is 12.58v, Battery is 12%, it does charge but super slow, same with new battery and SMC resets.

V
alue (ohm scale) between pins 17/18 of ILS6259 is 3.9ohms

Q7155: Pins 1--5 11.48v, Pin 4 3.94v

SMC_DCIN_ISENSE 0.2v
SMC_BMON_ISENSE 0.049v

I tried a new SMC and same thing even after a few SMC resets and PRAM resets

I also tried 2 diffrent batteries and same issue, this board came in because it had alcohol spilled on it, I fixed some damage around and replaced R7150 and the board is now working but with this new issue.

If Q7155 is in ON state, then battery has direct contact with PPBUS_G3H and should take so much current as it needs.
Charging rate is fixed by battery internal circuitry.
Change Q7155, just in case.
