820-3476 No Display

Hello guys , have an. 820-3476 that would not display. The machine powers up fine and chimes too , but no image. when I power up the machine , just before it chimes I get 5V on L8300 but drops to 0V. EDP_BKLT_EN. LCD_PDR_EN, EDP_PANEL_PWR signals are all not present ... please help heys

Check if at same time LCD_HPD_CONN and DP_INT_HPD go high; with LCD connected, of course.
Try known good compatible LCD assembly.

The client had to discontinue the repair .
