820-3476 No green light and ppbus 12.3

Im working on a 820-3476 board and cant understand whats wrong with it. Have replaced SMC with no change. Some measurements

PP3V42_G3H 3.43V
ppbus_g3h . 12.3v
SMC_BC_ACOK 3.4v
SMC_BC_ACOK_VCC 3.4v
ADAPTER_SENSE 2.84v
SYS_ONEWIRE 2.85v

As always Im using genuine charger and tried known good dc in board

solved it so far. Pad under R5100 was gone replaced and now I have green and orange light and ppbus are 12.6 volts.

Still no fan spin but one step closer

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS?
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L (supposed to be high) and check for reaction at PM_PWRBTN_L and PM_SLP_Sx_L signals.

One more to the donor board pile. 3v3_s5 short and CPU heats up
