Arrived with no power. Previous liquid damage spill repair was just u1845. Came back for warranty. PPVCC_S0_CPU only 0.45V

ALL_SYS_PWRGD and P5VS4RS3_PGOOD only 0.106V

What should be checked next??

Pay atention to PM_SLP_S3_L level.
