Hi, got this liquid damaged board, cleaned, removed a short on PP3v3_s4 and made it work, but next day it won´t turn on. I have the following voltages:
1606820230844.png
It gets to S0 state with a consumption around .360A and then goes goes to .033A. Where should I start looking ?
Just checked and I got a pulse for a second on PM_SLP_S4_L / PM_SLP_S3_L and PM_SLP_S0_L
PPVCC_S0_CPU pulses at 1.7v too...
Also have a pulsing ALL_SYS_PWRGD and PLT_RESET_L
I am completely lost, how can I find the problem on this board?
All the pulses are when I power on the board with my PSU. If I leave it on PP3v3_s3 = .416v and pp3v3_s0 = 1.9v which makes no sense! Please Help!
Thanks

Did you try SMC bypass?

Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.
Clean/remove J6100.
Inspect solders/traces for U1950.
Reball SMC...

I measured PM_SYSRST_L and it was 1.8v, so since that one comes directly from the SMC I decided to reball it and it is working perfectly now. Thank you 2informaticos!
