820-3478 low plt_reset_l

Previous repair attempt, every rails is present till ppddrvtt_s0, checked u7300 and found that pm_en_ldo_ddrvtt_s0(enable for ppddrvtt_s0) is missing, and that is memvtt_en which is also missing, traced it further and found that memvtt_en will come if u2110 have pm_slp_s3_l and plt_reset_l.
pm_spl_s3_l is present but plt reset is missing and it comes from pch.
running out of ideas, what should i do next?

Do you get CPU VCORE voltage?
Check for high level at pins 6 & 11/U8600.
Be aware, you can waste your time after board damaged into previous attempt repair...

No voltage at pin 6 and 11 of u8600 and no cpu vcore, but there is gpu vcore present
